Guided by a new brand idea—“Proactive Partners for Growth”—we developed a complete rebrand that included naming, brand identity, messaging, and a suite of applications to bring the new positioning to life. The new name, Norsta, was inspired by the concept of the North Star, representing direction, clarity, and ambition. It signals a clear shift in how the firm shows up to clients—confident, contemporary, and growth-focused.
The visual identity combines professional simplicity with personality, using clean typography, optimistic colour accents, and warm, team-focused photography. We built a full brand system including a set of comprehensive applications. The communications framework and tone of voice reinforce the firm’s values: expert, straightforward, and energised by ambition. We also redesigned core templates, and developed practical brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
